It's been 6 weeks... should I contact Barnes & Noble?

I ordered two DVDs from B&N 7 weeks ago. They arrived within two weeks. I also ordered two other DVDs from them 6 weeks ago, and they still haven't arrived. I asked about their delivery here when I ordered the discs, and some of you guys said they were very slow. So, should I wait some more or ask them to reship the discs I ordered? If this was Amazon I would have done it a week ago, but I decided to hold off contacting them because of all the comments about their slow delivery.

Call them on their toll-free number. They have excellent phone support.

I don't think I'm going to call them because I live in Finland. But you think I should contact them?
