shopping italian dvd online?

anyone had shopped at dvd.it site. i just did a week ago and the experience is horrible. when you placed order, there'll be the receipt for you at once containing transaction code. and the web has order tracking page which'll contain your order information.
well, i waited a few days and i came back at order tracking page. the page's just blank. there's nothing at all. i e-mailed them about my order. four days passed. there's still no reply at all.
very depressing experience.
do you guys has better italian dvd e-tailer than this one? the one that cared about their customers like blackstar at uk will be appreciated. thanks

until today i have only one shopping experience at Genesi and it seems to me they are reliable: you can check your orders at any time, they e-mail you when the order has been shipped.
they ship through Executive Courier.

How about the shipping cost of Exutive Courier? I can't figure out the price of sending a DVD on their site.

i don't know about their shipping rate. but at dvd.it. the shipping cost (if i remembered correctly) is around 20 euro total per box.
i guess Genesi may be a little bit cheaper. will-munny, can you confirm?

shipping prices at Genesi:
US ITL 33000 say $15
Thailand!! ITL 45000 say $20
it makes no difference if you order 1 DVD or 10.

That's horrible expensive. I'm only interested in Visconti's Dammed.
Is there any other choices on the web? Thanks a lot

you're absolutely right, talich.
as far as I know shopping italian DVDs involves expensive shipping rates, but you can try this site maybe, shipping rates are always expensive but you'll find DVDs of every region 2 country.

for some problem, my computer can't connect to that website now. But I remember there are two Visconti's movies there, but no Damned.

Anyway, thanks.

I am still waiting for my order from DVDIT for the new Argento.

They sent my goods to England by mistake.

Took them a few days to admit that they were the ones who
messed up.

"...i try to figure out how to contact and order from the site."

...eh?... say what?... the site is in ENGLISH... what more do you want?...

http://www.dvd.it/

(NOTE: if, by any chance, you should get the Italian version of the site, just click on the toolbar at the top of the page to get to the English version!... simple!)

. . . . . .

They suck. I ordered the new Argento and they tried to ship it without export papers. UPS delivered it back to their warehouse and they haven't reshipped and won't respond to my e-mails. I have been polite with them about it but seeing as my first e-mail to them regarding this was dated 7-9-01, I don't think that polite is going to get anything done.
