Where is the Region 2 director's cut version of Dances with Wolves available? I've tried Amazon and Buy, so far.... can't find it. Are there any Eurpoean sites that have it? (And that ship to the USA?)

Thanks

You could try the german amazon site. Or use this link http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/ASI...981887-6819746

.ahh... well, Shaun, you would have to be able to speak - or at least read - German, since - when playing the English-language version of this full-length (~240 minutes) Director's Cut - the subtitles are 'locked' (i.e. they cannot be turned off!) and you need these subtitles for the very large part of this very long movie that features dialog spoken in some Native American dialect (Sioux?)... sorry!

. . . . . .

Yeah, I know that. That part does suck... And apparently, the video quality is ass-tastic, as well. Lots of artifacts and such. We have it on VHS, cept it's not widescreen. Dunno if its worth getting on DVD, though...
