I would look on Ebay and the PayPal site itself. Any other place that takes PayPal is usually a bootleg site, or just a plain ripoff. What region are you looking for?

Why do you need to use PayPal? Could you not use a credit card or can the US equivalent of a debit card be used with PayPal too, hence the need?
As an aside, the R4 editions (Australia) are generally cheaper than the R2 (UK & Europe) editions, well at least for UK buyers. They come in Amaray cases as opposed to the 'fancy' packaging employed in the UK.
