This is what the site says.
Get a gift certificate worth 5 to spend online at Amazon.co.uk

Femail.co.uk has teamed up with Amazon.co.uk, the UK's leading online retailer, to offer you the chance to get a 5.00 gift certificate when you register with femail.co.uk.

For your chance to get an Amazon.co.uk gift certificate worth 5.00, simply click here and enter your details on femail.co.uk. You can spend this at http://www.Amazon.co.uk where you'll find amazing savings on books, CDs, videos, DVDs, software and even video games. Right now, you'll find 50% off bestselling books, chart CDs from 9.99, hot new DVDs from 15.99, bestselling PlayStation 2 games from 29.99, 50% off bestselling software and bestselling PC games from 19.99.

You will receive your gift certificate from Amazon.co.uk by e-mail within 14 days. When you have received your gift certificate, all you need to do is visit http://www.amazon.co.uk, select the items you wish to purchase using the Shopping Basket ordering method, and enter the gift certificate claim code. Minimum spend of 7.50 (including post and packaging) applies to each gift certificate. Full terms and conditions and redemption instructions will be sent with your gift certificate.
It looks like you must first register with Female.co.uk which, it seems, can be spelled Femail.co.uk also....

First one to ask if is it promotional/stackable and/or what is the minimum spend gets a cyber-slap from me!

Also, don't forget that those Amex Blue Card people have been offering a 10 Amazon voucher for UK sign-ups. There is a freephone number somewhere. You can wait for the TV ad or try the Brighton office: 01273 576 576!

A cyber-"tsk" in Chief Brody's general direction given that the "14 days" is stipulated on the site and, consequently, in my first post
