Does California even know what real pizza is like?

Yeah Yeah, I know you East Coasters brag you have the better pizzas because of the water used to make the dough or whatever it is.

Here was the line for free pizza at the Culver City, CA location 3 days ago:

People were standing in line for 5-6 plus hours in 85 degree heat. They waited at this location specifically because LeBron James teased on social media that he "might" come here and visit.

I did not go to this location. I stood in line 2 1/2 hours at a location near my house. Was not worth it at all, especially aching legs and feet and line chaos.

Yes, us California people are crazy.

2 and a half hours? For Blaze Pizza?

It's not just CA people who are crazy, check the Build A Bear thread.

The pizza is only $10 or $11 so anything past an hour, maybe 90 minutes is insane...you chew up most of your day for something that is not that valuable to begin with.

Granted, it was not free but when they offered the pizza for $3.14 per pie for Pi day 2016 the line at the Pacific Commons location was not bad, maybe 30-40 minutes if you got there about 11:30 am. I also remembered that the small business I worked for treated us to Blaze (fortunately there were not a ton of employees in the office) that day which was awesome.

Anyway, folks should value their time more especially if you have to deal with the blazing heat of So Cal in July.

Agreed. This week and last week have been the hottest weeks of the year here. No way would I even consider standing in line for fucking food. People have misplaced priorities. And if you were to get a basic cheese pizza on a regular day - it's $5 fucking dollars.
