Apologies for not posting an offer, but I've got a question. Does eBay typically not offer eBay Bucks promos (ex: get 8% back in Bucks when you spend $25+) or site-wide discounts (ex: get 10% off your $50+ purchase today only) during the four months of the year where eBay Bucks need to be spent?

eBay promotions are heavily pushed to meet quarterly revenue goals for Wall Street. The best promos run at the end of each quarter. I don't remember a huge amount of concurrent discounts during the eBay Bucks periods.

I’ve noticed that recently they tend to be by invitation only and not general discounts, so check your eBay inbox and if you don’t have any current offers there, there’s probably nothing available for you.

It's been a while since they put out a coupon that applies for everything or a 10% ebay bucks promotion. And while checking out on one of my items I saw that now I had the option to pay by putting my credit card directly on ebay, Apple Pay or Paypal.

They are slowly breaking off from Paypal. They have started a new payment service that they are slowly adding. I don't remember the name, but I received an email a few months back. If I remember right, the plan is for ebay to totally stop using Paypal in 2022.

Adyen is providing the backend payment processing services for eBay’s new in-house payment option.

eBay and PayPal extended their agreement to offer PayPal as a payment option through July 2023. They could extend it further, I suppose, but I think eBay wants everyone on their in-house payments by then.

I received a 20% off that only applies to about 50 sellers today. Way to much trouble as I don't recognize any of the sellers; & I'm not going to browse 50 seller's ebay stores.

HAPPY25 is giving $25 off of an order of $25.01 or more. It's working on some peoples' accounts and not on others. It worked on one of my accounts but not the other. I don't know what the expiration date is, but I used the code today on my accounts. It could expire by midnight tonight, but I don't have a specific date.

It is unfortunate that they charge sales tax on the pre discounted amount, but it's still a great bargain! I nabbed the Film movement blu version of Fritz Lang's Indian Epic for a little under $18.

The seller is slow. I got a note that I should receive it by 9/18. That doesn't make a lot of sense. It's one of the Alliance sellers.
