My co-workers LOVE Jimmy John's. I just sent them the link (thanks, OP) and they're flipping out.

I think Jimmy John's is pretty good, I just wish they didn't have commercials that feel racist and sexist, to me.

Jimmy John's is just extremely bland in my opinion. It's certainly not bad, but I wouldn't go so far as to call it good either.

Line was out the door at 11 am at the one near me. I think I'll be skipping today and will pay the additional few bucks when I feel like having a JJ sammich again in the future.

What a joke. Only at participating stores. Only one within 15 miles of me is not participating. Apparently you have to go to their site and find the list but it is not prominently displayed. Assholes.

No kidding. I love how they said it was a nationwide deal. I have 3 JJs all within less than 15 minutes away and none of them were participating.

The closest stores to me were all participating, but they're ~25 minutes away. Saw someone post on Facebook that the lines were crazy so I didn't bother.

Maybe someday I will have some Jimmy John's.

Did anyone go crazy with this? I read under the FAQ part of the promo page that you could get in line over and over again.

In my younger single days I may have. One was enough today, especially since we also stocked up on 60 cent wings at the BBW next door as well.

There were some people I saw getting back in line, but it sounded like too much work to me. It'd have been fine in the fridge, but I'm going out to lunch tomorrow anyway, so it'd have to wait till Saturday. Confession: When this news came out on Tuesday, I went to lunch there only to realize it was the wrong day so I just got a sandwich anyway. Three in a week would've been a little much.

I was happy with the one sandwich and then moving on with my life.
