Dang. I came in here looking for a good knife sharpener. I have a good quality chef's knife that's been around a few years. To be serious, does anybody recommend one? Maybe we can make this a productive thread?

Taking a few chef classes recently, I've been told if you have chef level cutlery, that taking them to get professionally sharpened is the best way. I actually asked him about one, and that's all he told me. Not help help so sorry, more of just an FYI.
