Anyone had any luck contacting them lately? I'm not sure which address they're shipping my card to since I'm on the road for work. I've asked on the app, Facebook and twice on the site but I've not gotten a response.

Just received an email from MoviePass. If you signed up after the 16th of August, you won't receive your MoviePass card until september 6-10.

I got my card the middle of last week (and didn't sign up until 8/19). Saw 2 movies last weekend - worked great.

I actually managed to chat with someone on the site last week and they said that my card shipped on the 23rd, but it's still not here. I've tried to ask them again but I haven't seen the chat option on the site since then. I think I'm just going to cancel and sign back up.

I finally got my card yesterday, and I signed up early on the 15th! Several of my friends signed up over a week AFTER me, and have had their cards for over a week. Ridiculous that they didn't process them in order...

Eventually your card number will disappear, and it will instead say "card shipped." Weird, I know, but that's how it works. Your card apparently did not ship yet.

Still have the card number up on my app and no card received in the mail. Only six days left until my first month is up. They say they will adjust the billling date but mine still says the 17th. They better not bill me for a second month before I even receive my card.

As has already been discussed in the thread over in Movie Talk on this, they do not start your first month until you actually receive the card.

I know I've read of some of the other chains starting competing programs. Just got an email from Cinemark with their new program (was at the theater and they had a table set up promoting the plan as well). $8.99 a month gets you 1 2D ticket a month (unused tickets roll over), 20% off concessions, add on tickets at $8.99, "share benefits with a friend" - not sure what that means... Other than the concessions discount, doesn't seem like much of a benefit...

Seems like its a "go to one movie a month with a friend for $8.99 a ticket" plan. With the rollover tickets it doesnt seem like a bad deal, per se. Just not as good a deal as Movie Pass obviously. Concessions discount could be worthwhile, but most likely only 5-10%.

They changed the rules again. You can only see a movie ONCE, like the old days. The app won't let you select a movie that you've already checked in for. They don't want people seeing Avengers, Deadpool, and Solo multiple times. Can't say I blame them, but some advance warning would have been nice...
