Likely an error, or perhaps the movie is just that bad. Go to PSN, search videos for "Armored", and you'll find "digital copy for PSP", but also evidently plays on your PS3. BTW, the movie is still in some theatres.

In order to do a proper search, make sure you are in the Video store.

Playstation Store > Video > Search

And yes, it does play just fine on the PS3, DVD quality with stereo audio.

That's because it's not there anymore. Sony pulled it within hours of it going up.
