K-9 Advantix
If anyone uses K9 Advantix for flea and tick control on your dog, you probably know that prices have gone considerably higher in the past 1-2 years due to re-regulation and FDA involvement to clamp down on foreign sources that used to significantly undercut domestic sellers. For my 50 lb dog, I used to be able to get her a 6 month supply for $25 or so (eBay seller from Indonesia), but I'm lucky if I can find it for under $10 a single monthly dose.
Well, I just found a new source. www.budgetpetcare.com (from Manitoba) Cheap prices, plus a 10% off coupon (bpc10), and free shipping on orders > $99. Here's the rundown, based on dog size and order quantity (all prices in US$, after 10% discount is taken): K9 Advantix GREEN - Small Dogs/Pups (1-10 lbs) 4 doses for $26.68 = $6.00/dose 6 doses for $49.26 = $7.39/dose 12 doses for $91.34 = $6.85/dose K9 Advantix AQUA - Medium Dogs (11-21 lbs) 4 doses for $32.27 = $7.26/dose 6 doses for $50.97 = $7.65/dose 12 doses for $95.76 = $7.18/dose K9 Advantix RED - Large Dogs (22-55 lbs) 4 doses for $33.98 = $7.65/dose 6 doses for $52.68 = $7.90/dose 12 doses for $103.47 = $7.76/dose K9 Advantix BLUE - Extra Large Dogs (over 55 lbs) 4 doses for $33.16 = $7.46/dose 6 doses for $53.78 = $8.07/dose 12 doses for $105.58 = $7.92/dose Orders > $99 ship free, otherwise it's a flat $4.99. I just got a 12 month supply (3x 4 doses) for $91.75 shipped.... the 10% discount is applied AFTER you qualify for free shipping. Anyway, thought I'd share. |
Re: K-9 Advantix
PS - I've used CanadaVet (out of Vancouver) for Heartworm chewables for a few years. Inexpensive and reliable.
