* Please call 1-800-CALL-KFC.
* A KFC Customer Service representative will assist you and also take the information about your experience and follow up with the restaurant.

If you have concerns about using multiple coupons with the same code number:

* All the PDF coupons downloaded from Oprah.com on the evening of May 5 have the same bar code.
* Subject to the terms and conditions of the coupon and instructions on Oprah.com, these coupons will be accepted by participating KFC restaurants in the U.S.

just as a warning. you have to download the coupons.com software and it's next to impossible to delete the software from your computer. basically spyware.

2nd warning, my wife had this by her own free will the other day. It was horrible. I'd go so far as to say not even worth free.

This, couple with other changes to the menu (namely the kids meals) we will never be going back to KFC.

I'm with you on this one. I bought some of their "grilled" chicken when they were advertising a 2-piece meal for $3.99. It was awful! It tasted like it was synthetic or something. I'm guessing that it's not actually grilled (and if they actually do, not in the traditional sense) and that they are adding some kind of manufactured grilled flavoring. I only ate it because I paid for it but I'd never buy it again. I wouldn't even eat it again if someone handed me a free coupon let alone having to jump through any kind of hoops in order to get one.

Thanks for the coupon! Never tried their grilled chicken before but considering it's KFC high quality chicken, it probably blows away El Pollo Loco and similar places.

At least with KFC you know you're getting authentic grilled on the fire chicken.
