I got the e-mail, but it said "This code has already been used" when I clicked the link to redeem the points. I sent a message to customer service and they just credited me 25 points. I've been a DMR member for seven years.

I checked the "MY DMR" tab and the title isn't listed in my Points Earned column. I tried entering the code again and got a "Sorry, but you have already validated this Blu-ray." message. I also checked the status of my ticket stub submission for "Mary Poppins Returns" and saw it was rejected, despite triple checking that I'd done everything correctly. So that's three times in the last week I've been shut out from getting my points.

Something screwy is happening with my DMR account in 2019. I just tried entering a blu-ray code and it appeared to redeem successfully, but no points were added to my total. I had never redeemed this title previously, so that's not the issue here.
I checked the "MY DMR" tab and the title isn't listed in my Points Earned column. I tried entering the code again and got a "Sorry, but you have already validated this Blu-ray." message. I also checked the status of my ticket stub submission for "Mary Poppins Returns" and saw it was rejected, despite triple checking that I'd done everything correctly. So that's three times in the last week I've been shut out from getting my points.

^ Yep, I just sent them a message through the "Contact Us" form. I'm curious to know if this will continue happening if I try redeeming another code. Unfortunately, I don't have any left to enter at the moment. Guess I'll have to wait for those January newsletter points to know for sure.

Tempted to bite on some of these posters ... but non of them scream "MUST HAVE" to me.
I wasn't a huge fan of SOLO, but I wish they would bundle those character posters into one deal.

^ Hm... I did use Chrome. Never had an issue before the start of this year, but I might try another browser if the issue keeps happening.
Customer service credited the 150 points for the blu-ray after I contacted them. I got a separate message saying they had issued 50 points for the rejected movie ticket submission, but there was nothing added for that when I logged into my account. :/

they sent me the Coco Teaser poster. Going to email them & see how they will handle this. I would just
order the Theatrical poster now since it's on sale but just might end up with the same poster again.

I splurged 1500 points and bought the foil Marvel 10th Anniversary poster for my MCU-obsessed son. I'll get it framed up and give it to him for a birthday present. Shame it's a weird size (18 1/2 x 27) instead of the standard Movie Poster size (27 x 40). Still from images online it looks pretty cool and I'm sure he will love it.
