Im thinking about redeeming some points for the Narnia: the lion the witch and wardrobe BLURAY... But Im wondering if they send it with the slipcover on it?? Does anyone know? Has anyone ordered this before?

I'd rather not get it if they dont include the slipcover.. Thanks for the help..

I ordered mine on 11/24 and have not heard from them. I had my wife call the other day(account is in her name) and all they would tell her is that it would be here in 6-8 weeks.

Just got my shipping confirmation a second ago. The new Disney Newsletter is out too. 5 DMR points included ... plus a Cell Phone survey gets you 10 DMR points. So 15 free DMR points + 125 eventual points from ABC Family 5 points a day deal = 140 free points this month.

I doubt you'll be waiting the full 6-8 weeks.

Towards the bottom of the newsletter, look for the Star with "10" inside it. It says "Earn 10 Points. Complete our quick survey about your mobile phone and you'll earn 10 points."

So, my stupid mail-lady folded the cardboard tube that contained my "Lion King" poster in half and shoved it in the package drop box at my apartment complex, rather than leave me a note saying to come and pick it up at the post office like they've done in the past with over-sized items. Ugh.

What course of action would you guys recommend me taking?

I've received damaged posters before; I email them with a description of the damage, offer to take pictures, and they've been fairly good about sending a replacement. Having said that, I've never once received a poster in mint shape, they all seem to have edge dings/wear/whatever, but I'm just glad to get one without a major crease down the middle or major damage/crumpling from whomever shoved it into the tube.

Kory, you should report the incident to the post office first of all. Tubes are not meant to be bent and no carrier should ever take it upon himself or herself to assume that the contents would survive such an action. That's simply inexcusable.

I would advise that you contact DMR, explain the incident, offer to provide photos of the tube and see what they say to do. It's best if you haven't already opened the tube, of course.

I didn't know if I had any grounds to contact the post office, but I will definitely try to do so now.

I feel like my mail lady hates me because I'm constantly getting packages in the mail. If they don't fit in my personal mail box, she has to put them in one of eight package drop boxes in the main building in my apartment complex. One of the drop boxes smells TERRIBLE inside for some reason, and my packages always get put in that one, even when the others are open. Is it possible she's purposely fucking with me, as ridiculous as that might sound?
