I've filled out ones for Electronic Gaming Monthly and it worked. My sub now runs through 2011.

Yes, this will be the third time I've extended TV Guide thanks to DVD Talk.

Same here. Every time I see a magazine listed that I already receive (and actually read) I sign up for it again. I make sure that when I enter my name and address I match the shipping label on my current magazine EXACTLY. I've never had a problem with any of them not extending my subscription by the number of issues offered.

Yep, many of us have various subscriptions that run until 2018 or longer.

I bought my subscription to TV GUide really cheap. I renewed it once with RG, but I do all the offers from RG and never get a renewal anymore.
