It's a YMMV thing. The fine print said if you recieved the email or saw the ad on Ebay. Heard that on FW. I didn't see the ad, but got the email this morning with the same code.

The $10 shipping coupon worked like a charm. Used it to get some small items that typically have high shipping rates compared to their cost (8GB USB stick for $9.99, 40-pack of Mach3 razors, and a box of AAA batteries).
Still haven't found a use for the 10% coupon yet, have to do some more shopping!

Just used my 10 off coupon a couple of times, it is really hard lately to find anyone with that much shipping, everyone is being all reasonable with the shipping, Perhaps that is why e-bay cracked down, so they could give these kinda coupons out?
