Free Bass Beer Brolly *Select States*

Today's alcohol-related freebie:

http://www.bass.com/brolly

For years, people have attempted to pour a Bass Black & Tan by placing a crude spoon over the lid of their pint glass. Frankly, thatís just not proper.

Thatís why we have created the Bass Brolly (pronounced brah-lee), an exclusive Bass Black & Tan pouring tool. Unlike spoons, the Bass Brolly features a series of holes that the beer actually flows through, ultimately providing a more balanced, flavorful drinking experience.

Offer valid to residents of AL,AR,CT,HI,MA,ME,MN,MO,NC,NJ,NY,RI,SD,UT,VA and WV only.

Well, I'm not in one of those states but I tried anyway, maybe they'll send me a coupon or something.

What a whacked out list of states. Just read about this in the Washington Post Food section this morning but living in DC, I can't GET one?

Thanks.
I'm surprised NJ was listed. We usually get screwed out of everything.

My state wasn't on the list, so I'm having mine sent to my Dad's house in MN.

Thanks, OP!

I hope I'm not breaking any rules by saying this, but I've had luck in the past, when my state wasn't one of the ones listed, by typing in my entire address including, most importantly, my own ZIP code, but choosing a state that was listed. Worth a shot at least.

I like how the gif on the site conveniently keeps the guiness bottle completely out of frame.

Dang would love one of these since using the spoon does indeed suck. I'm in a no-go state though.

Well, apparently it's only for beer connoisseurs in well known beer connoisseur states like Arkansas, Utah and West Virginia. But then again, WVU's fight song does mention beer in it, so maybe I'm all wet.

Mine and my brother's arrived on Friday. Very nice! Thanks again.

As an aside, the little note on the inside was a thank you from Anheuser Busch. I didn't realize they were the North American distributor of Bass.

Got mine in the mail yesterday. I drink PB, so its just going in the drawer with my other alcohol items. Pretty neat little thing though.

I got mine yesterday (Colorado). If you follow the link, there are no exceptions (except for CA, as noted above), other than you have to be over 21. Thanks OP!

Unfortunately, despite my suggestion, it didn't work for me in California. I did get a form letter saying I don't qualify because I'm in California. Ah well.
