Saw this at Costco tonight. After the $50 instant rebate, the price is knocked down to $149.99.

I have been looking at the 4040...found it for around $179.99 - 10% off if you use paypal at Ritz Camera...even though many hate that site. Ebay has them for about $200 before shipping.
Looks like Amazon at 1:00pm EST will have a Lightning Deal for a GPS.
