GatorDeb, you must be a mem card lover

good deals though, but one really needs to sit back and think, do you really need all these mem cards? You know, you can reuse them, it's not like blank cd/dvd discs...

You can reuse them??

My mom is not a techie so I got her one to leave on the digicam I got her. It's easier for her to just plug the USB cable in and transfer. She's never going to use 8 gigs but for $35 there's no point in buying 1, 2, or 4 gig. I have enough with having to recharge the batteries for her

I have a GP32 that uses SD cards and also a digital camera that uses them. And when I go on vacation I can shoot to my heart's content. I shoot between 200-500 pics a day on vacations, so this would last me about 5 days

okay... it's like ammo for you then...

the problem with bigger mem card is that people tend to procrastinate when sharing pictures. "oh the mem card is not full, it can wait...."

For me, i use the 1gb mem card, this way i'm kinda "forced" to upload the pics to the computer (print and share) and reuse the mem card.

As for gadgets and what nots... i lost count, i probably insert a mem card here and there, god knows where they went. I think i'm not the only one with this problem....

I lose track of them too! That's why it's better that each device has its own memcard (and for $20-$35 each, it's not a hugely expensive proposition).
