So PayPal is having a 20% cash back promotion if you pay with PayPal with certain vendors. Overstock is one of the vendors in this promotion but the minimum is 100 bucks. Also, ******.com is having 8% cash back at overstock today plus $10 sign up for new members.
I decided to use this on a 160gb ipod. Shipping is 3 bucks and tax free.
So it works out like
348.99 for ipod
+3.00 for shipping
-69.80 for 20% pp offer
-27.92 for 8% ****** offer
-10.00 for ****** new sign up offer

final price = 244.27 which is a pretty good deal

THE FINE PRINT
-All monies off will not be taken off the price at checkout. They are essentially rebates. The PP 20% will post to your PP account by Jan. 31st
Th 8% off and 10 sign up bonus for ****** will post to your account with a few days however ****** only pays out quarterly so it could be upto 3 months to see the funds from ******.

-A good majority of the items at overstock are refurbished. Yes, even the ipod is retail priced originally its a refurbished unit.

I think the paypal rebate is capped at $50, but otherwise it works pretty well.

So is the vender overstock? THe only problem with this deal, seems to be that it's an ipod.
