Bundle deal I saw at Costco was crap. You saved maybe $10, and the result was the controller.
MS did announce today a new bundle deal: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/...ayconsoles.htm
However, I'm not sure that's what you're looking for. Although, I suppose you could buy and then sell the two games to get some money back.

Fry's has a bundle with 5 games for 399.00
Two of the games are the pack-ins, but then it also includes Orange Box, Two Worlds, and Bioshock.
Pretty sweet package. I would buy if I didn't already have one.

i wound up just going to ebay for it. I paid ~290 total and got a refurbished one with the hard drive, wireless controller, etc + the battery back charger (i got it from a powerseller store with a 30 day guarentee, so i should be protected if it doesn't arrive in working condition.

You may want to wait out new non defective models too if you lasted this long without one. Just a thought but I guess they give warranties on all them anyhow.

also, the 20 GB hard drive can be had for ~$17.50 at Kmart (YMMV on whether you can find one or not)...they are on clearance for $25, and this week all clearance is an additional 30% off.
Pick up the new Arcade version (comes with wireless controller, but no component/hdmi cables) for $280 and your good to go for under $300
