Best 0% balance transfer offers with no fee?

Can anyone here recommend or know how to get an offer for any 0% interest on balance transfers for a year or more? I've gotten several offers in the mail but each one has at least a 3% balance transfer fee.

I called the bank offering the CC and they said that there are offers which waive the fee (and it even says so in the fine print "check bank disclosures if balance transfer fee is waived"), but you have to be selected for it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If the CC offer has a reward system, it would be even better.

Thanks all.

Perhaps I wasn't clear on my question.

I am aware of the 0% interest on balance transfers (thats what I want).

What I want is to find an offer that does not charge any fees for doing a balance transfer (despite their offer of 0% interest).

If that's clear, then does anyone know of an offer that meets those criteria?

How about Discover Card? It has 0% interest for purchases and balance transfers (and no balance transfer fees) for 12 months. And, it has a rewards program. I'm thinking of getting one myself - anyone have comments about this card?

I've had a Discover card for 9 years now and have never had a problem with them. I have the Platinum Gas card, which has 5% cash back on gas purchases.

I have a Discover card that is zero for life. There was a fee on the transfer but it was a max of 75 dollars. It requires to purchases a month. I pay .01 for my cingular bill twice per month.
