The thing is a monster, measuring more than 2 feet in every dimension and weighing over 70 pounds.

I'm torn as to whether I want anything so big in the house.

$299 for the color laser is CHEAP. However, they do their killing when you go back and buy the toners...

Takes 4 toners to operate the printer, and costs around $130 each.

Apparently, the 3500N has been obseleted by 3600N.

It's worth taking a look at Dell's 3100, especially the refurbs.

imarketcity.com has a set of all 4 cartridges for $318, if you did decide to get the printer.

Thanks, but I didn't buy it. We decided that we needed a really good printer for artwork, and a cheap printer for everything else. Mrs. Danger will continue to go to the print shop.
