it is doubtful that it will work on top of the other one (but you never know so I fill them all out). they are more or less an offer from the same place.

I must have signed up for that Muscle Car News over a year ago and never got anything. I don't think the mag ever got off the ground. However, the other day I got some ad in the mail from Franklin Mint (or one of those type places) trying to sell me die cast muscle cars and it mentioned the stupid magazine.
Also, did American Thunder (NASCAR mag) dry up and blow away? After a few issues it just stopped coming.
