Apple is selling "refurbished" ipods including the new video iPod at about 10% off of list. I was at the mall the other day and they do this year round at the mall stores and most of the referbs at the moment are open box christmas returns. They have them year round at this price but not in the numbers they have at the moment. Obviosulsy YMMV
