Got them yesterday thinking they were chocolate chip, but after eating a few I realized they were walnut chocolate chip. Called 911 before it was too late. Damn allergies. :( FWIW, I did enjoy them before realize I might die.

I finally got my cookies yesterday. But i'm to sick with the flu to eat them right now.

Yeah it happens more often than it should (about once a year). I'm hardly as careful as I should be.

Oh boy, thanks OP, I got these today! This is possibly my favorite freebie I've got from stuff posted here so far, and I go in for a lot of the stuff. These cookies, holy lord, they are quite possibly the best cookies I've ever had in my life. They seriously are that good. Thanks again!

Got mine yesterday. They are pretty good, they're not 'crispy' but not quite 'soft'. I could do without the walnuts, though--and you'd think if they have walnuts, they would say "Walnut and Chocolate Chip Cookies" since lots of people are allergic to nuts. Had I not seen your post about the allergic attack, I would have given one to my 3-year-old, who is also allergic to nuts.
Of course, I'm sorry you had to experience that regardless.

Mine came a week or two ago. They're okay; I, too, wasn't expecting the walnuts and it is quite overpowering beyond your basic chocolate chip cookie. I've had better from DoubleTree, so I was a little disappointed. But not enough to not eat free cookies!
