thanks marke! thats a slammin' deal. those are some nice speakers and well worth the price which is essentially 1/2 off. i'm currently looking to upgrade my setup and this price makes it hard to resist.

I have the JBL E-100's, I think is the model #. Basically the 8" version of these. They're very nice! The JBL Northirdge E Series are some of the best home speakers available, IMHO. If I remember from my testing the 6" didn't seem as full and warm as the 8", but they still sounded damn good and they definitely sounded GREAT for the price they're being sold at. If these are in your price range and you want new speakers, GET THEM!
If this is for a home theater I'd definitely get the E Series center speaker too, for timber matching.

I'm really thinking of getting these, but I don't have the money to buy the whole set, and really don't have anywhere to put them at the moment. It is still very tempting.
I'll wait for another deal...
