well I got an evelope from santa fe cigs today with a new form saying that i need 5 proofs of purchase and 6 dollars for shipping. They also sent a 5 dollar gift certificate. To clarify: it states "Cut out five UPCs from any pack of cigarettes or roll-your-own products."

I got mine the other day and it was a $15 gift certificate.

I got the 5 dollars GC and 5 upc/6 bucks carton package today!
