I think I bought Wings (1927) years ago on Amazon. After that it's definitely M (1931).

I have most of the collections of short films from the early days. If we count those it’d be something in the 1880s I guess. For full length films, let me check my DVDSpot database……

I don’t have a database to keep track so I’m just guessing based on what I know is in my collection. I think it’s one of the classic Disney animated films. Probably Dumbo (1941). I don’t really have interest in a lot of films pre-1960s-ish.

I stopped tracking my collection a long time ago but off the top of my head it’s Stagecoach (1939).

I believe I still own it, but I had a disc with A Trip to the Moon (1902) on it.

I don't have a database anymore. My best guess is Cabinet of Dr Caligari from 1920.
I have some older one-reelers from Winsor McCay, Buster Keaton, and Harold Lloyd, but they're on compilation disks.

I've got a VHS tape called The Origins of Cinema, Vol. 1 that contains twenty-two films from the Edison company, made during the years 1898-1905.
On DVD, I've got The Avenging Conscience, a D. W. Griffith film made in 1914.
On Blu-ray, the oldest film I have is The Birth of a Nation, another Griffith film.
