I bought the UHD at Target for $30. Didn’t need the exclusive book for $5. I saw it three times in theaters but watched the disc today anyway. 
Features are on the second BD except for the commentary.

It looks like they are going to release a huge box set called The Infinity Saga with all 23 films (and presumably in 4K). No real details yet other than the trailer.
If Best Buy does a steelbook exclusive it's going to cost a small fortune.

Do those 23 movies include Far From Home? Because that was a good epilogue showing the fall-out/repercussions from the post-5-year jump with people getting snapped back, and also post-Iron Man, and a better ending for that first phase than Endgame, especially since Spidey's not getting any more Marvel movies.

Disney would have had to make a deal with Sony to include the Spider-Man films. Same with Universal and The Incredible Hulk

It was just reported that Marvel struck a deal to keep Spider-Man, at least for now. I’m guessing part of the deal includes the movies already done to be included with whatever marketing and future releases like the Infinity Saga.
