I’ve held onto my 3D Panasonic plasma like grim death, but I realized the better picture quality is more important than the handful of times a year I watch a 3D movie. Besides I’m not throwing my tv in the trash and pissing all over it, I’m moving it to another room.

Got the same email from DD. It's funny, first I ordered from Base, then I ordered from DD as a backup, then Base cancelled and I ordered from Amazon UK as a backup. Now I just have an order with Amazon UK, which I hope goes through.

There have been a few times I've regretted ordering from Diabolik, but as more and more places have canceled people's orders, I'm feeling a little better. They've always been dependable in the past so staying optimistic.

Second Sight confirmed there would be a standard version, but didn't mention if the disc contents would be any different.

Random b-d . com forum member getting a FB message from the official Second Sight account is something... but all they said was "There will be a more 'standard' version later." which... isn't a lot, and isn't rock-solid, IMO. They definitely don't confirm all 3 cuts, unless there was a follow-up since then.

You guys said all the same stuff before they confirmed standard edition was coming. This is standard practice for all these boutiques. They cut out the goodies, but the content doesn’t change. Why don’t we all email them to ask and confirm.
