That's my best guess at why it didn't receive a UHD. Anyone that has seen the existing Blu-ray makes it very questionable if there is really anything more to be gotten from the extant elements.

Reviewers of the blu-ray would disagree. from blu-ray.com: "It's rather obvious an older DVD-era master has been used to produce the new Blu-ray transfer..." We need a proper scan of the fucking thing.

A remastered blu is good enough. And if they fucked up the previous release, there's no hope in getting a decent 4K transfer.

I was a busboy at a restaurant and my boss told me I have to go see this funny movie. Damn that was a long time ago. My copy is still on HD DVD so I would love a new 4K.
