Already pre-ordered, and probably won't even bother with this in the theaters given what a literal shit-show "Last Jedi" was for me technically. This one has sparse 3D showings and little to no proper scope-ratio screens around here. Episode 9 is about the only thing that might make me try to find a decent showing when that comes out- those who do have good theaters nearby should be thankful for them. |

Hopefully this has a release date the week before Labor Day Weekend. I used to love back in the heyday of DVD that all of the big time catalog releases were the week before Memorial Day and Labor Day so you could enjoy them for the 3 day weekend.

Okay, I've seen the movie and I still don't get the red Millennium Falcon. Just because the Target logo is red? That's stupid. And ugly.
Still, I'm buying the 4K version when it comes out. I didn't love the movie, but if I bought Rogue One (which I hated), I'll buy Solo. ;) |

I've given up on the exclusive steelbooks. I get to BB or Target on my lunchbreak on release day and they're already gone. It's either short supply or scalpers scooping them up, so why bother?
I'll just get the regular 4K release. |

Is that going to be oversized like the Logan one? I regretted getting that one because it stuck out so far on my shelf and ruined the X-Men aesthetic I had going on.
