I enjoyed this enough to buy it. As usual, standard UHD release for me since I don't care about Steelbooks.

Hopefully there is an extended version when the specs are finalized. I'd like to see all the deleted scenes from the trailers back in the movie.

You know I just saw this for a 2nd time (thanks to Movie Pass) and I'm leaning towards holding off on getting this for awhile. Especially considering Wonder Woman had a huge price drop for the UHD and BD on Black Friday.

Best Buy has the release date as 3/13, which is actually a Tuesday. That seems like a ways off if true. Most of the theaters in my area don't even have showings for it anymore. I'll watch it at some point I guess.

Why So Blu?

Gives them enough time to polish some of the sketchier CGI. In fact, they were already working on the cgi for home video release right after opening weekend, so the more time the better, IMO.

March is not too far off. That's about 4 months after it was released in theaters to hit home video. Pretty standard for most major releases. I'm sure the digital copy will be released in February.

Day 1. I do hate how expensive the DC movies have gotten lately. BvS was like $25 at Best Buy release week.

Target probably was just too lazy to keep up with the changes before it was released. Artwork just shows JL - and boring artwork at that.

Yeah, keeping Superman under wraps during the promotion of this movie gutted its box office earnings.

IDK, I think opening two weeks after Thor 3 did more harm. I don't think Warner ever thought that movie would open to over $100M and garner near-perfect reviews.

I think it was a poor decision by WB's marketing team to leave Superman out of the advertising campaign. The Justice League is the Justice League because it teams up Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman together. The marketing campaign made it feel like this was the Bat League.

This looks a lot worse than the normal cover where everyone isn't just standing at attention (except Cyborg, who apparently they forgot to include until the last minute)

I also never thought I'd see the day where Wonder Woman was the featured character, even over Batman.

Good lord, that is awful. And Wonder Woman was always after Super-Man and Batman in the Justice League. It's just the way it was. But Wonder Woman gets one good selling movie and suddenly they think that's the only way to sell a cover. I blame Ben, lol. I might just have to get the 4k steelbook so I can have a decent cover. I wasn't planning on it, but if this is the best we are going to get...then it is what it is.

I'm kind of a sucker for pins so I might grab the Walmart exclusive. I don't really want to pay $30 though. I'll see if it drops before release.
