I was wondering why they weren't using the Alex Ross-like stuff. That looks a lot better (to me) but I'm for sure not double dipping on this title and I prefer steelbooks... ugh.

As far as I know that is the cover at this time. And Yes, in a team up situation, I rather go for simplicity. Too many freaking heads on a cover you know?

Weird, it doesn't seem to have removed VAT when I put it in my cart. But I did not complete checkout.

If .fr is anything like .uk, VAT stays on until you're at the confirmation screen with payment/shipping options selected.

I see what the problem was. The shipping option defaulted to "Rapide (10 à 12 jours ouvrés)" and I hadn't changed that to "Expédition standard AmazonGlobal." Doing that, it comes out to 32.75 EUR like Kendrix said.

3D version is $24.96 on Amazon


It looks like they are price matching Walmart. Walmart doesn't mention 3D in their listing, but it's different than the 4K and regular blu ray listings (and it also mentions that it's $10 off currently, with $35 being the normal price for the 3D verison)

I took a shot at the $25 version. The cover art even shows 3D+Blu Ray+Digital. Worst case, I'll send it back to Amazon if it's the wrong one. But both versions are different when you add to cart:

Did anyone end up picking up the 3D version? If so, let me know how it looks. Amazon hasn't shipped mine and it still says unavailable, so I'm probably just going to cancel it in a few more days. I really don't want to drop $30 and pick up the other version, so I'll probably just end up renting it through the library and grab the 2D when it goes on sale for $10 or less.

Loved the movie in the theater and love it on BR...bought the 4K/BR version for when I upgrade my HDTV over the year or so.

It was like watching a version of the JL Animated show, for all the great reason.

Not a perfect movie, because of the 2 directors...but still smiled and totally enjoyed the movie.

I'm going to hold out until this drops below $15 (preferably 4K UHD).

I'd like to own it at some point, but I'm going to be a little more patient. I don't need it for the current $25-30 price points.

I sort of want this for the Walmart exclusive. I think the pins are kinda cool. I wish they weren’t charging $28 for it though.

For most of the recent Warner releases that are overpriced on release day, i have been renting the BD from Redbox (they have been getting them one week after the release date) then waiting for a price drop on the UHD set.

I did that with Dunkirk and Blade Runner 2049 and I'll be doing the same with Justice League.

I thought they’d be a bit nicer honestly. I liked the Batman and Superman ones most. I’d pick it up if it wasn’t $28 but at that price no thanks.

Justice League was such a flop I just can't see WB going back for another release of it.

Considering the way the movie was cobbled together by two different directors, I'm not sure an extended version is even possible. Warner Bros. reportedly has no interest in doing a Zack Snyder director's cut. It would undoubtedly be very expensive to complete all the visual effects necessary for that. And Joss Whedon may have only shot the footage he knew he'd need for his version.

I would actually think that would be the main reason we would see a double dip. They need to make any money possible on this film since it didn't perform well at the box office. And I also found it odd that there were no deleted scenes at all on this edition, even the fully filmed ones they didn't use for this version.
