Well, it looks like the window has closed for the Dracula set. Back up over $30 after it's release.
Maybe it will come back down in October for Halloween. I'll have to keep an eye on it then.

Maybe, but with $4-5 shipping it going to over $30 + tax.
Besides I just saw the mummy blu for $25 at BB today. I may have to settle for that right now. Debating right now to go and get it.

Might have to grab The Mummy Ultimate Collection. Four films plus the movie cash for only a bit over $20 is a good deal. I seem to remember liking the first two Brendan Fraser films. I don't think I ever saw the third one though and I don't remember if I saw The Scorpion King or not.

Does anyone know if the "Ultimate Collection" contains all of the special features from the original DVDs? There were quite a lot on the first two at least.

What you're missing is the feature length documentary Universal Horror and the stills gallery from A&C Meet Frankenstein. The Universal Horror documentary is on the "Frankenstein Legacy Collection" Blu-Ray so if you own that one you're not missing anything other than the stills gallery for A&C Meet Frankenstein.

Considering *all* of the films have been remastered from the original nitrate stock they are absolutely worth the purchase. They look and sound spectacular, even the lesser Mummy films, some of which have looked pretty bad up until now!

Sadly we may never see the Universal Horror doc included in a complete Ultimate BD set of all these films because it's tied to the point when Van Helsing came out. So hold on to those DVD's or find a cheap used copy.

As I stated in my "Extras" breakdown, it's in the Frankenstein Legacy Collection BR set. It's on the main Frankenstein disc. So unless they fully re-author that disc for a "Complete Ultimate BD" set it'll be there as well.

Saw this bluray Dracula set at Barnes & Noble yesterday.
And....$40 for it. So I didn't get it. I wanted to but at $40
I had to pass. Although I wasn't happy about having to pass it up.

Wait for the holidays, it'll be int he $20's range. Fry's had them for $19.99 release day. Universal titles usually have good price drops.

Great, if they ever do a complete set... Didn't see the breakdown for that one, only Mummy and Dracula in this thread.
