US version
LIONSGATE PRESENTS a stunning new 4K restoration — "The Doors: The Final Cut" — supervised by director Oliver Stone and brought to life with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, which will take audiences back in time, into the world and sound of the psychedelic ‘60s when the film arrives on 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack and Digital 4K Ultra HD on July 23.
Remastered from the original negative that was scanned in 4K 16-bit on ARRISCAN at FotoKem US, the restoration was managed by L’Immagine Ritrovata in Italy with the close support of Oliver Stone who oversaw the color grading. The Dolby Atmos mix was created at Formosa Group under the supervision of Dolby and the original sound editors of the film: Wylie Stateman and Lon Bender. This new mix will offer audiences a unique, immersive experience of the amazing film soundtrack, which includes over twenty-five songs from The Doors back catalogue.

Re: UHD release announcements
First the bad news:
I opted for the Extended Version over the Theatrical (both on same disk).
Found problems with audio lip-sync and video stuttering at various times.
I reported this to Oppo and they confirmed there is a genuine problem (believed to be authoring).
The Theatrical version seems to be unaffected.
The good news:
This looks stunningly better than the BD, particularly detail.
The HDR adds some goodness to the show, but is a little subdued due to the overall color palette of the film (to be expected).
Unfortunately, I do not have an Atmos setup yet.
The audio sounds somewhat similar to the BD, with a little lightness to the LFE.
This is an easy buy for fans.

Re: UHD release announcements
Kino Lorber is moving forward with an Ultra HD Blu-ray release of the Dollars trilogy (although it'll be a short while):
The masters we have are Standard Dynamic Range (SDR) at 4K and UHD resolution. We need to go back and create and color grade new HDR masters for all three films, so we could release them on Dolby Vision. This won't happen anytime soon, we're also looking into reconstructing the theatrical cut of GBU.
This whole project will take much longer and will be very expensive, but we still plan to release them on 4K, most likely early next year.

Re: UHD release announcements
The remaining MCU titles -- Ant-Man, Doctor Strange, and Guardians of the Galaxy -- are showing up as pre-orders from at least one German retailer for October 10th. I'd imagine we'll see 'em over here around the same time.
Maleficent is arriving on the same day.

Re: UHD release announcements
Another German retailer indication! Edgar Wright's Cornetto trilogy (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, The World's End) is arriving in a box set somewhere around September 12th. (Well, it's 9/12 in Germany; over here, it might be a few days earlier.)
They also list Casino as arriving the same day.

Re: UHD release announcements
I see Pan's Labryinth is listed to get a UHD release.
After that nice Criterion release, it's a bummer they didn't experiment putting it out this way. I know the Criterion / UHD topic has been discussed ad nauseam.

Sony has a poll going, and you can help determine what’s next on their Ultra HD Blu-ray slate.
