I never bought the first one, and if its reasonably priced like the Ghostbusters set, I will buy for sure. Bad Boys 2 should look incredible on bluray.

I'm sure Sony will port over the extras from the DVD releases. Which is fine with me.

I picked up the first film on BD during one of Blockbuster's closing sales for a few bucks.

It's a new 4K master for the first one, isn't it? So they made it worth it to include the first one.

Yup, those are the same extras as the DVDs. Fine with me.

At least they're remastered, which is good. They should look and sound good on BD.

And thus, I will wait for the initial Ultra 4K BD announcements from Sony in the next few months or CES.

Odds are 99.9% that all of these recent "Mastered in 4K" titles (or Superbit 2.0s), will be part of their initial Ultra 4K BD slate.

$20 at Best Buy right now. Picked up a copy this afternoon.
