Why weren't the small snippets from the street fair cut from the movie? It's obviously part of the deleted gang war scene and doesn't need to be in final cut.

So is this version censored from what we saw in the theater, or does it just not have additional violence inserted in for home video? If it's censored I won't buy it, but the version I saw in the theater was plenty brutal.

Uncertain if an Unrated will come out - it’s a 4s difference in total with the majority of tweaks being just 3-4 frames removed.

So far the only version of The Raid 2 available in the US is the R Rated cut that is exactly the same as the one that played in Theatres.

Movie was a major disappointment imo. Still, if an Unrated ever gets released I might snag a used copy.

Thanks, I'll be more than happy with that. Like I said, the R rated version was plenty violent, I don't think I've ever grimaced or gone "ooh, ouch!" while clutching whatever body part just got pulverized so much during an action movie.
