It would be nice if they releases that version of H20 separately as well. I would say the same about Resurrection, far fewer care about that one.

I got the deluxe set when it originally came out. No regrets. I know not every film in this series is good. So I get that spending $70-80 initially for some Halloween movies that you either hated or will never watch again wasn't appealing.

For the record, the Halloween 6 Producer's Cut, which I did watch already, was a much better film than the original cut. Made much more sense and was a smoother follow up to 5 since they actually added some scenes that helped segue the movies better.

Depends on your viewpoint. I thought Halloween 6 was worse than the theatrical and actually prefer the theatrical cut.

$86.99 on amazon right now. Not a great deal but Ive been keeping tabs on it for a while now and this is the cheapest its been since I started paying attention. Its even been going for over 100 bucks used on ebay.

For those of you on the fence, I would pick it up if you want it. I have read that while there a still many copies out there, there are no more new ones being made. So once they sell out what is left, it is gone and it is doubtful a complete Halloween set like this will be released anytime soon.

Well worth the 87 bucks in my opinion.

I guess it depends on how many copies of the box are still out there. I can see this going for around 50-75 closer to Halloween to clear out the remaining boxes. Even cheaper for the set just with the movies.

I'd say it's not worth the gamble if you really want it. I doubt it's going to go much lower on amazon. It's not being sold on shout's website and it's backordered at deepdiscount where you would actually be able to get it cheaper.

Have to disagree that the demand is high enough to keep the price high forever. I even to wonder how many of these things they ever would have sold had there not been the price error just prior to it being released.

I know I would have never went for it at full price even though I was interested in a few things only available in the is set (better audio on the original, better cut for H6, good release of H20). Just way to many stinkers and releases available outside the box for dirt cheap to ever consider ordering it at more than $75. I doubt I'm alone in that thinking.

Something like hinge flip book case? Surely not ten individual cases packed in one box.
