What Are Your Favorite Blu-rays?
Star Trek (2009)
Shaun of the Dead Iron Man my most watched and favorite of all my Blu-rays. |
Re: What Are Your Favorite Blu-rays?
Taxi Driver is my favorite all around blu-ray in regards to the film itself, a/v, features and packaging.

Re: What Are Your Favorite Blu-rays?
Band of Brothers - Flawless a/v and wonderful features and cool metal packaging.
Blade Runner: 5 disc set - About as perfect of a release as I can imagine! |

Star Trek TOS seasons 1-3
Blade Runner I like that Star Trek gives you both options and Blade Runner gives you all 284 versions. |

That's an odd question. One of my daughter's boyfriends asked me that, as he looked at my huge SD/BD collection.
I responded that "ALL" of them are my favorites. You don't go out and buy a movie because you don't like it, duh! |

I really like the An American Werewolf in London release for some reason.

Re: What Are Your Favorite Blu-rays?
It's hard not to love the BD release of Fight Club. From the opening menu gag, to the loads of data all on one disc, to the PQ and AQ that blow the German disc (which came out first) way the fuck out of the water (no matter what some tool at one website will say...), it's a winner, and a damn cheap one at that.
That said, I don't have favorites, and I hate threads that are created asking a question when really the point is just for the OP to share his. At least this one isn't "Name your 3 favorite..." because within 4 posts someone will post 10. God damn, years of this shit has turned me into a pessimistic shit. |

In terms of audio and video quality, I love the extended cuts for "The Lord of the Rings".
For sheer entertainment value, my picks are probably the "Back to the Future" trilogy, and classic Disney animated films. |
