SKYFALL ($24.99) available at Kmart TODAY! (02/05)

Walked in (My Dr. says I need to exercise and walk more - so I strut my way through Kmarts and other stores in my neighborhood to get ye ol' heart pumpin' and thus pushing & shoving that cholesterol paste along the narrow albeit long and winding arterial road.) and low and behold... THERE IT WAS!!!

So I pay a little more, buying at Kmart. BIG DEAL! Heck! I may not live another week.

They let you buy it?

This is more likely a case of one individual store erroneously putting out copies early, rather than a corporate exclusive.

My local Costco put out copies of the Indiana Jones box set a week early, but when I brought one to the register, it wouldn't ring up and the manager took it away from me.

Yep! They sure did. No big deal - just rang it up.

When I first saw it, I thought - 'Maybe I can get it cheaper like at Best Buys or somewhere else.'

...but when I got home and did some checking - I realized it wasn't for sale until the 12th so I hopped back in the ol' theek mobile and darted (Weaving in and out of traffic at break-neck speeds) back to Kmart. Thanks to some drugstore VooDoo & my Lucky Charms they still had it on the shelf!

(That pic is of my pre-release-bought copy located inside the Edit King Bumstead compound, BTW.)

And cue Bond collectors shitting over the fact the disc doesn't match the set...

Am I the only one that believes that in a 2-disc case with a hub on each side like that, that the main feature should go on the left, with the extra disc (in this case the DVD) on the right? Yes, I realize that in a case with a single hub it's on the right, but I think when you have 2 hubs it's different and it should go left to right. I've always switched the order on my 2-disc sets.

If it has an insert that I want to keep all that does is block the Blu-ray with the insert.

I feel the opposite about it. The Blu-ray/movie always goes on the right. The DVD/Special features disc goes on the left.

Another Right Side Blu-ray vote.

Being right handed - I naturally hold the opened case with the left hand and can easily pop out the Blu-ray when it's on the right side. I lose equilibrium when it's on the left side and have actually fallen over because of it.

Maybe south paws prefer the Blu-ray on the left?

Vote for the right. I like to open my DVD/Blu-ray cases and find the discs in the same hub location each time. Feels off if the feature disc is on the left unless it is a 2 feature set.

I'm left handed. Main feature should be on the right...

Such a random conversation , but I agree the main feature disc should go to the right always.

That movie was MIGHTY FINE!

...& the opening credit graphics with that song were INCREDIBLY F-A-B-L-O-U-S!!!

(We didn't see it in the theaters - so it was Quite a Treat indeedy.)

FOR THOSE INTERESTED...

They still have 8 on the shelf!!!

(As of 9am today.)

They are located downstairs on the New Releases end-cap shelf thingy.

I paid instantly at the register directly across from the New Releases.

How is the parking there, though? Should I just have my wife drop me off at the door and keep the engine running?

BTW, another vote for BD on the right-hand side.
