It would be awesome if that video diary is just season 1 of Life's Too Short. I'll probably pick this up at some point, but a while back I watched my DVD which I hadn't seen in years - and it didn't really hold up as well as I remember.

Some of the humor in it doesn't hold up well watching it as an adult, but all the battle scenes and the final act of the movie should be great on blu-ray. I hope the Warwick Davis Commentary isn't left off the new disc.

Already have the SE on DVD, unless the DVD video quality was horrible (which it isn't) I doubt very highly I'll double dip for the BD. If I didn't already have it I'd buy it on BD when the price came down a bit. It's a good movie but not worth a double dip to me. -kd5-

I just watched this last week on DVD. It looks fine. I don't think that I will upgrade on this either. Although I do like the movie. But I already have it, I can't upgrade on everything. Plus there still is other things on Blu that I want to get first.

This has been on youtube for awhile...watched it a few years ago. It has some good moments but it just didn't hold up for me. Great score though (like most 80's fantasy films).

Yeah, I was excited for those books when they came out....they weren't very good.
Basically Willow is a glorified babysitter to a very arrogant and "sense of entitlement" Elora Danan.
Spoiler:
I will be buying the blu on day 1!

Love this movie. One of Val Kilmer's best performances. I also believe this is when I started looking out for Jame Horner's score work.
