I just found this reading the bluray.com forums. Willow will be back in print starting on December 18th. I have the original bluray, but its good for those who missed out.

Yeah seeing the crazy prices for the OOP first bluray release almost made me sell my copy. I think the only new thing included will be a digital copy. No need to change the transfer, it looks awesome.
