Is the Target digibook lenticular cover sold out?

It is not available at Target.com unless they forgot to update their website.

I am not going to pay $60 at Ebay for a mass produced Warner Bros movie.

Many are reporting on blu-ray.com that their Target stores received a ton of the digibooks. Probably won't be hard to find.

Also, it sounds like Walmart is only getting a couple of the Batcowl versions. Amazon is sold out as well. However, if you want it, Bestbuy.com is accepting orders. I decided to just get it from there. Supposed to ship in 3-5 days. Store pickup is not available.

Amazon has matched Walmart.com's price for the trilogy set. $27.96.

I ordered the trilogy set which has the Best Buy exclusive documentary in it despite having the first two on DVD, saying I wasn't going to upgrade anymore of my DVDs to Blu-Ray, knowing that the ultimate edition is coming out next year, and having spent too much on Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals. Someone convince me I did the right thing.

So, pretty much like most of Target's recent exclusives.

I couldn't believe how many copies of the Hunger Games exclusive were stacked up when they went on-sale for $15 a few weeks ago, and you can always very easily find the Disney book packages for Brave and Cinderella at my local store.

But they have not matched the DVD trilogy set. I pre-ordered the DVD version for a family member on Amazon, wish they would match today so I could get a refund. I even reported the price to them.

Watching the special features disc from the Best Buy Steelbook ...can confirm that the reborn documentary is on the disc!

How long is the exclusive content? Is it worth purchasing?

Are they stocking a lot of steelbooks at best buy? Would I be able to buy it at night after work?

I'm not so sure. It may depend on each store. I'd estimate there were about 25 steelbooks at the Best Buy I went to in Buford, Ga by the Mall of Georgia.

You could buy it online and pick it up in the store.

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/The+Dark...3956&lp=1&cp=1

Under Store Pickup, click on Check Stores and type in your zip code.

Plenty of copies in my target but on a seperate stand away from the movie section.

It looks great too.
The comic is on super glossy paper. I thought it would be a new story before the movie takes place but its just the movie prolog in comic form.

The 'Reborn' documentary is about 38 minutes, the rest of the special features would be identical to the other releases (I suppose, can't confirm).

Only about 40 digibooks per store. So not a TON like the bestbuy steelbook.. but still a 50-60k print.

Bestbuy.com is now sold out of the Batcowl edition.

Amazon has lowered the price of the standard combo pack to $17.96, matching Walmart.

Has anybody watched the Reborn documentary yet?

Is it really worth an extra $8 for a half hour documentary?

Does it really present more unique info or just retread what was already on the individual movie features?

I still haven't made up my mind yet.

Do in-store pickup if you are worried. The store I was in at lunch had about 30 steelbooks out. I'm sure every store has another box or two of extra in the back.

I got my copy from Amazon. I didn't know it had a lenticular cover (or I wasn't paying attention to any of the news in this thread).

Somebody should tell that to the suckers on Ebay paying $49-$60 for the Target edition.

Still wonder why it is not listed at target.com like all the other exclusives.

Ah, a fellow Gwinnettian! Customer service rep at the Snellville store said they received 110.
