$26.99 and it isn't 4K just 1080P? Oh hell no.

When is Shout Factory going to wake up and start releasing these titles on 4K already? What's the hold up?

And II doesn’t include, what I heard is a great 82 minute docu that was on SE. Wonder how this making of is and how long. I hate new video and new extras, but when they cut certain ones out fro other editions especially a seemingly great one makes it so difficult...

Are you talking about Terror in the Aisles? That was in the Universal release of II as an extra. It was actually a totally separate feature film that Donald Pleasance and Nancy Allen hosted. Shout doesn’t have the rights to it.

I only own the Halloween II from Goodtimes which is non-anamorphic.

A 4K would be a spectacular double dip and I bet those glorious tits on that nurse would shine on my TV.

I have to imagine they have sales data to backup that releasing in 4k might not be financially feasible.

Wonder how many times they films will get re-re-re-released. Do they not have anything new? Gees

So I guess these steelbooks weren't selling so hot so Scream decided to add in slight upgrades (Howling has a new Dee Wallace interview, these have new 4K scans) to entice their rabid fanbase.

Remember when Malibu Stacy got her new hat?

Yeah, that artwork is enticing as is the 4K transfer... but I might just hold off on these, unless the new transfers are deemed revolutionary. Now if it were 4K UHD.......

Agreed! I remember seeing the film upon initial release in college and being disappointed that there was no Michael Meyers. I recently re-watched the film and love it.

I might re-buy Season of the Witch because I’m a sucker and like the film a lot. I already own it twice from Scream though. I have the individual release as well as the one in the 15 disc box set.
