I wonder how Fox could part with Monkeybone? You'd think they'd want to do a special digibook limited edition of that.

i like Dutch, but I have it on standard DVD already. No need to upgrade. But I do like the fact that Anchor Bay is releasing some new Bluray titles. Keep them coming.

Since Fox seems to have given them all the other extras (minor as they are), I do hope they end up adding the complete supplemental package on Monkeybone.

Fun fact: I may be one of ten people that actually saw Dutch in theaters.

... and I'd personally rather get my dick caught in a screen door than buy any of these Blu-rays. Okay, Grand Canyon is actually good... but I was hoping for some better titles.

Like throw me a Rookie of the Year or something. :lol:

The OP neglected to include the one potentially interesting title being released, 1974's The Terrorists, with Sean Connery and Ian McShane.

Why don't they work on blu's for the stuff they have put out on DVD? Spring Break comes to mind...David Knell who plays Nelson in the movie even did a commentary for it!

Definitely in for a copy of "License to Drive" and I'm going to rent "Grand Canyon" - never heard of the film before this thread.

Only Grand Canyon interests me... one of the great films of the 1990's. Terrific cast, and a script that asks questions that current movies don't seemed interested in addressing anymore. No robots, car chases or explosions, just fine acting and ideas that you'll think about long after you've watched the film.

It was the first film I purchased in laserdisc format. I didn't think this title would get released on Blu-ray. I had made peace that I'd just have to keep loaning the bare-bones DVD to folks that I pitch the movie's greatness to...

Ordered License to Drive & Monkeybone.

I also saw Dutch in the theater. I used to win tickets to movies all the time from the local radio station and that was one I seen. Hopefully AB will release Moving Violations and Rhinestone. We need Dolly's (.)(.) in HD. :D

I took saw Dutch in theaters, it was odd because if memory serves it was a Thanksgiving movie that they released to theaters in August.
