Maybe they have a rights issue with the studio?

It is available at walmart.com too so it is not a Best Buy exclusive.

Amazon has feuds with many studios. I've seen this happen with Sony titles before. Last week, some Universal titles were listed as "Unavailable" until a few days after street date as well.

The same thing happened when the new Evil Dead Unrated was released. It was sold out and hard to find for the first couple weeks. Now it's available everywhere (even though it's still kinda pricey). Seems to be a MOD issue.

I've got to wonder that myself, -I have both the Eureka and the TT version (but the contents of both are on the new disc). I opened the Eureka recently and it's quite a nice disc, -the "Brewster" documentary alone pretty much covers everything you ever wanted to know, -but I haven't opened the Twilight Time (since now I feel the commentaries are redundant.
