I don't know if it the same on this disc for part 1 as the US release but around the 15 minute mark where Freddy is going after Tina with the long arms you only hear him say "Na". My wife and I listened to it a couple of times and it sure doesn't sound like he says Tina at all.

You can hear the audio stingers on the 2 channel stereo audio track #2, but the sync issue exists there too.
